System Administrator

The ideal candidate has:

• At least 1 year of experience working in a similar position providing the first line of tech support to internal employees
• Experience with diagnosis and troubleshooting of hardware/system problems
• Experience with the preparation and maintenance of workstations
• Strong understanding of OS configuration and operation, as well as drivers, as well as a standard set of software, drivers and network printing
• A B1 level of English or higher
• An educational background in computer science/networking
