We’re looking for a Lead Generation Group Manager to join the team. Here’s what you can expect in the role:
- Lead the management, implementation and distribution of lead generator team work
- Accomplishment of tasks to scale the direction and grow the team
- Recruitment and training of employees
- Establishment and monitoring of the implementation of KPIs
- Participate in the development and optimization of the company's lead generation strategy
- Launch and maintain email campaigns, LinkedIn campaigns and multi-channel campaigns using modern tools
- Manage online communication with potential clients
- Test and implement new approaches for campaigns and mailing content
- Active interaction with US & UK-based Sales team
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate has:
- At least 1 year of experience working as Team Leader in email marketing, sales or customer support in IT
- Experience in email marketing, sales or customer support
- Strong written and spoken English
- A data-driven/analytical approach to content
