What will you be responsible for?

  • Elaboration of the application documents for work visas (L1, H1B, etc.) to the US (initial application, visa renewal, maintenance of status);
  • Provision of clear guidance to the relocated employees on the procedures, requirements, timelines, and documents required for their legalization in the USA;
  • Preparation of documents related to work permits (EAD) and residence permits (Green Cards) in the US;
  • Close collaboration with external counsels to comply with applicable laws and regulations;
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with leading relocation practitioners on best practice approaches, market trends and strategies;
  • Development and implementation of internal Global Mobility policies and procedures, maintenance of the Company internal portal;
  • Constant monitoring of the US immigration landscape and updating/improving internal immigration resources (policies, procedures, communications);
  • Recording and uploading all the information related to relocation and legalization and tracking expiration dates in iTechArt internal system;
  • Serving as a focal point for the company staff who are relocating and provide best-in-class service and support to the staff (and their dependents, if applicable) throughout their relocation;
  • Preparation of instructions and guides on different topics (health care system, educational system, bank account opening, etc) aimed at easy adaptation and integration of the relocated employees;
  • Budget administering, reporting;
  • Other duties related to relocation and legalization issues that may arise during the process.

What skills should you have?

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, ability to collaborate with all levels of the company;
  • Strong customer service orientation;
  • Ability to work with large amounts of information;
  • High attention to detail;
  • Strong MS Office skills;
  • Ability to mitigate unforeseen problems creatively and effectively;
  • Excellent time and self-management skills;
  • Experience in a multinational company is a plus;
  • Personal experience of international relocation is a plus.
