Business Operations Manager

Overview:
We’re looking for a Business Operations Manager to join the team. Here’s what you can expect in the role:
- Work with legal documents as a part of a regular workflow
- Work with internal company systems and external systems to manage day to day activities
- Compilation of reports
- Close collaboration with department managers, sales managers and company customers
- Improving customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
- Tracking and following up on all aging receivables with reminders and past due notices
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate has:
- 2 + years of experience with performing accounts receivable and billing functions
- A B1 level of English or higher, and experience in communicating with English-speaking customers
- Experience with MS office
- A bachelor's degree in business administration / finance / accounting
- The ability to work with large amounts of information and carry out multiple and intricate tasks
- Experience of working in an international environment is preferred
- Native level of Russian is preferred
