We’re looking for an Art Director / Senior Brand Designer to join our Design team. Here’s what you can expect in the role:
- Oversee a team of 4 designers, managing multiple projects across your creative team
- Review work, troubleshoot, and provide feedback to your team
- Be adept at balancing managing/reviewing creative and jumping in and executing when necessary (“player/coach” model)
- Generate original concepts with rationale
- Interpret and implement the design using existing brand guidelines across a variety of categories (print & digital event collateral, banners & ads, social media assets, newsletters & presentations, animated graphics, etc)
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate has:
- 5+ years of brand design experience and a portfolio of relevant projects
- 2+ years of managing and mentoring a design team
- Fluency in English and experience in communicating with native speakers
- Deep understanding of typography, composition, layout, grids, and motion
- Ability to concept for a variety of mediums and take a creative project from start to finish
- Attention to detail and impeccable execution
- Strong design aesthetics and great taste
- Creative and strategic thinking, a clear vision, and ability to present well
- Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, AE
Bonus skills:
- UI/UX expertise
- Experience with 3D graphics
